Kellen Allen

Kellen Allen is a Pastor and Ministry Director at Compass Bible Church. Kellen has extensive experience in human resources management, holding positions such as Multi-Regional Human Resources Director and Regional Human Resources Director at 24 Hour Family Fitness. Kellen also has a background in athletics, having been a Division I Basketball Player and a Track & Field Graduate Assistant Coach at LIU Brooklyn. Kellen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Long Island University.
