Indiana Gowland

IndiAna Gowland is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in instructional roles and management within educational settings. Currently serving as the Data and Assessment Manager at Compass Community Schools since April 2020, Gowland previously held positions including Group Fitness Instructor at Salvation Army Kroc Center and Elementary Teacher in various capacities at Shelby County Schools and KIPP Memphis Collegiate Schools. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, History, and Legal Studies from Macalester College.
