Alisha Zhao is the Founder and Executive Director of Kids First Project, a nonprofit serving youth experiencing homelessness. Currently working as a Policy and Organizing Manager at Compass Family Services, Zhao has a background in research, advocacy, and youth leadership development. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Sociology from Stanford University, Zhao's experience includes roles at various organizations such as Plan International USA and the National Labor Relations Board. Additionally, Zhao has contributed to policy development, gender equality training, and advocacy efforts in various capacities throughout their career.
