Bianca Calimlim

Bianca Calimlim is a Senior HSQA Manager and Data Strategy & Analytics at Compass Group Canada. Prior to this role, Bianca worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc for several years, beginning as an Associate and working their way up to Quality Assurance Supervisor and then Distribution Supervisor. Bianca has experience leading and managing teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer specifications, and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
