Aisling Roughan joined Compass Group in 2014 as a finance business partner. Aisling became their Head of Finance in 2018. She’s responsible for managing finances across every level of the Compass Ireland business, ensuring their projects, initiatives and partnerships are financially sound and able to deliver real commercial value to their clients.

Aisling always goes above and beyond to support their teams across the country with her expertise in financial analysis, but she’s passionate about more than just numbers. She also loves the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the food industry, making her an invaluable member of the Compass Ireland family. Today, she combines her passion for exceptional food services with her commitment to maintaining business excellence as a crucial member of their Executive Team.
