Anthony Hogan is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leading kitchen operations. As Head Chef at Compass Group Ireland, Anthony oversees culinary direction. Previously, Anthony held the role of Head Chef at The Barristers Tea Rooms at The Four Courts and The Law Library Club Restaurant from January 2007 to December 2017, managing a dual-location restaurant with a capacity of 110 seats. Prior to this, Anthony was a Sous Chef at Machiavelli’s Restaurant, serving Sydney's corporate elite, and a Senior Chef Partie at J.Sheekeys, part of the esteemed Caprice Holdings group. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Sous Chef at Pasta Diva and Sous Chef at Browns Town House, both regarded for their fine dining experiences.
