Paul Olla

Paul Olla is an intern at West Pharmaceutical Services since June 2022, where responsibilities include working in a GMP environment, providing starting materials for machines, packaging finished goods, and conducting Gemba walks and 6S, along with participating in Lean operational excellence training. Concurrently, Paul has held the position of Retail Cashier at Compass Group Ireland since July 2019, focusing on leadership, teamwork, cultural awareness, and customer service. Previous experience includes serving as an AD Student at Ipsen from July to December 2021, where Paul calibrated equipment and troubleshot HPLC systems, and as a Sales Assistant at Next in June 2019, gaining experience in cash handling and independent decision-making. Paul Olla holds a BSc in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Chemistry from Maynooth University, completed in 2022.
