Amy Harris Assoc CIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management within various organizations. Currently serving as a People Partner at Compass Group UK & Ireland – Healthcare since April 2022, Amy has also held the position of Head of People (Interim). Prior to this, significant roles included HR Business Partner and Regional HR Advisor at Origin Fertilisers and Regional People Operations Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland. Earlier experience includes customer service and coordination roles at John Lewis & Partners. Amy holds a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from Heart of Worcestershire College and a BA. Honours in Business Management from Coventry University, with a solid educational foundation in psychology, sociology, and media studies.
