Emma Rahim is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People at Compass Group UK & Ireland since May 2024, Emma has previously held significant positions such as Group HR Transformation Director (Interim) and Human Resources Director at Bidvest Noonan, as well as Head of People at Horizon Care and Education Group Ltd. Emma's career includes pivotal roles at Care UK, NOONAN, and Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, showcasing a strong background in human resources management and transformation. Academically, Emma holds a Master of Laws in Employment Law & Practice from De Montfort University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Birmingham City University, complemented by a CIPD postgraduate qualification.
