Jugveer Randhawa

Jugveer Randhawa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technology and business transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Digital & Technology Officer for Compass Group in North America since March 2022, Randhawa has held various leadership roles within Compass Group, including CEO of Compass Digital Labs and Director of Business Transformation. Additional experience includes board memberships at Volanté Systems and Tacit Corp, as well as an advisory role at Dash40 Ventures. Randhawa's career began at Hudson's Bay Company as a Business Systems Analyst and has since been marked by significant contributions in project management, system re-engineering, and strategy implementation across multiple organizations. Randhawa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University.
