Aimee Callahan

Aimee Callahan serves as the Assistant Head of School at Compass High School Bay Area and has held various leadership roles including Dean of Students & Admissions and Dean of Student Life since June 2021. Additionally, Aimee has been an Indoor/Beach Volleyball Coach at Rage Westside Volleyball Club and previously coached at Red Rock Volleyball Club. Aimee's experience in education includes a role as Social-Emotional Learning Program Director at San Carlos Charter Learning Center and teaching behavioral support at Ronald C. Wornick Jewish Day School. Aimee's academic background encompasses a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Law, an EdD in Organizational Leadership and Behavioral Health, a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with studies spanning multiple institutions including Liberty University and Grand Canyon University.
