Lalit Deo

Lalit Deo is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Chef at Compass Hospitality since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lalit held the position of Kitchen Executive at The Park Hotels from October 2017 to January 2023 and worked as a Sous Chef at Indus Restaurant from September 2016 to September 2017. Additionally, Lalit gained experience as a Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie at The Park Hotels from May 2011 to July 2016. Lalit possesses expertise in menu planning, maintaining standards, menu specification, and assisting in various kitchen operations.
