Allyson Ragland has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Allyson began their career as an Administrative Assistant at The Pinnacle Schools, where they were responsible for tasks such as tutoring students, organizing flyers and pamphlets, and serving as an office runner. In 2008, they moved to Sweet Dreams Boutique as a Retail Sales Associate. In 2011, they became a Cashier/Food Runner at Zoe's Kitchen. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Chartwells Higher Education, Compass Group Incorporated, where they managed numerous social networking updates per day/week. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Patient Services Coordinator at Schaeffer Eye Center, where they were responsible for gathering prior insurance authorizations and submitting claims for both medical and vision insurance policies. In 2014, they moved to Compass Labs as an Account Manager, and in 2017 they became a Sales Executive at PCL (Parkway Clinical Laboratories, Inc.). Currently, Allyson Ragland is a Territory Sales Manager at Compass Laboratory Services.

Allyson Ragland began their educational journey at Huntsville High School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 2007. Allyson then attended The University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2008. Ragland continued their studies at Auburn University at Montgomery, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in 2012.
