Aren Megerdichian

Aren Megerdichian has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Aren has worked as a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon since 2010, where they provide economic analysis to clients in antitrust litigation and regulatory investigations. Aren has expertise in econometrics, forecasting, demand estimation, and oligopoly pricing models, and has applied their skills to cases involving mergers, price fixing, and damages.

Before joining Compass Lexecon, Aren worked as a Lecturer and Teaching Associate at the University of California, San Diego from 2005 to 2010. Aren also served as a Lecturer at San Diego State University from 2007 to 2009.

Prior to their roles in academia, they were a Senior Associate at LECG from 2001 to 2004, where they presumably gained experience in economics and consulting. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at the Office of Congressman Tom Campbell, U.S. House of Representatives in 2000.

Aren Megerdichian obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from UC San Diego, graduating in 2010.
