Hailey Wichmanowski

Hailey Wichmanowski has over a decade of experience in human resources and administration. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the Human Resources Director at Robbins Schwartz Nicholas Lifton & Taylor, Ltd. Hailey then went on to become the Director of Administration and Human Resources at the same company from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Compass Lexecon as a Senior Human Resources Manager and later advanced to the role of Executive Director, HR & Administration in 2017.

Hailey Wichmanowski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Hailey also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2014.
