Jill Winters has a diverse work background with experience in sales and account management. Jill began their career in 2002 as a Retail Sales Representative at The Hershey Company and progressed to roles such as District Sales Supervisor and District Sales Manager. In these positions, they managed territories, negotiated contracts, and utilized data and insights to drive sales and profits.
In 2008, Jill transitioned to the role of Customer Sales Executive - C-Store at The Hershey Company, where they managed a territory of over $18 million and successfully increased key annual programming participation and distribution.
In 2010, Jill took on the role of Customer Sales Executive - Specialty Channels, managing a territory of over $15 million and delivering consecutive years of double-digit growth with Office Depot. Jill joined Avery Products Corporation in 2016 as a National Account Manager for Office Depot. In this role, they managed branded and private label business, negotiated planograms, and utilized data and consumer insights to maximize sales and profits. Jill successfully executed a planogram re-imagination in 2017/2018, resulting in a 21% improvement in sales.
Currently, Jill is working as the Director of Customer Development at Compass Marketing Inc., where they represent top consumer packaged goods brands for national account management activities. Their responsibilities include managing B2B, eCommerce, and retail channels, and working with various specialty retailers.
Jill Winters studied Human Service Studies and Leadership at Cornell University, earning a B.S. degree. Jill also pursued Latin American Literature at the University of California, Berkeley. The years of enrollment for both institutions were not specified.
