Blake Griffiths

Blake Griffiths is an accomplished plant manager with over a decade of experience in the mining and manufacturing industry, currently leading operations at Compass Minerals since June 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing the efficient and safe production of the Chicago deicing packaging facility, with a focus on automation and streamlined processes for high-quality salt product output. Blake's extensive expertise spans various roles, including plant engineer and project engineer, with involvement in both underground salt mining and continuous mining projects. Previous experience at Warrior Investment Co. in production engineering has further solidified technical skills. Blake holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
