Chris Williams

Before joining COMPASS, Chris was Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications at Sanofi in Paris for three and a half years, where he oversaw external communications and all corporate channels, built the Executive Communications team and led a rebranding of the company. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Corporate Communications at Juno Therapeutics, Inc, a biotech company focused on developing novel immunotherapies to treat cancer and other diseases. Chris has worked in large pharmaceutical companies, smaller biotech, the financial industry, and non-profit organisations. Throughout his career Chris has been active in supporting and leading diversity and inclusion efforts at the companies where he has worked, and he helped launch LGBTQ+ employee resource groups at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Juno Therapeutics, Inc.
