Cheyenne Sweeney

Cheyenne Sweeney, PhD, is a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point Consulting LLC since March 2018, specializing in advising family-owned businesses with revenues between $5 million and $100 million on organizational structure, leadership development, strategic planning, and succession planning. Prior to this role, Cheyenne served as the Director of Social Services at Phoebe Ministries from March 2007 to November 2017.
