Scottie Girouard

Elizabeth Girouard is currently Vice President of Human Resources at White Cup since July 2020. Prior to this, Elizabeth was the Director of Corporate HR at Rogers Behavioral Health from August 2018 to March 2020. Elizabeth has a wealth of experience in various HR roles, including Director of Human Capital at CONNECTURE and VP Talent Management at RedPrairie Corporation. Elizabeth also worked as an independent HR consultant at ESG Services, LLC. Elizabeth holds a BA in Anthropology and History from Ripon College, an MS in Management from Troy University, and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
