A native Hoosier, born in Indiana, Amy received a Bachelors’ Degree from Purdue University in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional & Tourism Management. She moved to Memphis, TN after college and began her career in the food service industry. She returned to IN to raise her daughter closer to family. Her career transitioned from food service to Human Resources where she’s cultivated her passion of helping others with benefits, payroll, HR system technology, recruiting, training and employee relations for over 15 years. She holds certifications from the Society of HR Management, HRCI and Cornell University.
Amy and her husband live on 12 acres where she grows, freezes & cans fresh vegetables, herbs & flowers.
