Erin Pearson

Erin Pearson is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Growth for Compass since October 2017, where leadership of a top team of Strategic Growth Managers across several Northeastern states is a key responsibility. Erin has successfully launched expansion markets in New England and has held various roles within Compass, including Director of Strategic Growth and Senior Strategic Growth Manager. Prior experience includes a role at Target as Executive Team Leader for Sales & Guest Experience, where oversight of operations and team engagement were primary functions. Erin holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Grand Valley State University.
