Rose Pelle Kitzmiller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll services and human resources, holding various leadership positions in multiple organizations. At Compass, Rose has served as Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager of Payroll Services. Prior to Compass, roles included Account Manager and Senior Payroll Specialist at OperationsInc, as well as Corporate Director of Sales Product Training & Support and Major Accounts District Manager at ADP. Rose's early career includes the position of Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Upstate Dental, LLC and Director of Payroll at Strauss Discount Auto. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Finance from Siena College, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
