Jon Proctor

Jon Proctor has extensive work experience in the geospatial industry. Jon currently holds the position of Project Control Manager at CompassData, Inc, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at PhotoTopo, LLC from March 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they served as a Geospatial Architect at DigitalGlobe from June 2014 to February 2019. Jon also had a long tenure at DigitalGlobe starting from August 2003 to March 2013, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Manager, and System Engineer. In addition, they held the position of Director of Production at Pixxures from April 2000 to June 2002. Before that, they co-founded and served as the Vice President of GIS Consulting at Front Range Ortho GIS Consulting, Inc. from March 1999 to April 2000. Jon began their career as a Production Supervisor at Image Scans, Inc. from November 1996 to November 1998.

Jon Proctor attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued a field of study in Wildland Resource Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Principia College, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
