Shari Carlson

Shari Carlson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operations across various sectors, including non-profit, governmental, and community development. Currently serving as Program Director for Health and Systems Transformation at Compassion Institute since June 2022, Shari focuses on advancing compassion to enhance personal and societal well-being. Previously, Shari held key roles in the Commonwealth of Virginia, directing child support enforcement operations for the eastern region and managing significant budgets and caseloads.
