Londiwe Mncube has over 14 years of work experience. Londiwe started their career in 2007 as the Local Committee President at AIESEC Johannesburg. Londiwe then worked as a Customer Retention Consultant at LBM Intelligent Contact for a brief period in 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Customer Retention Consultant at O2 UK, where they provided excellent service and advised customers on their mobile phone usage and tariff plans. Londiwe then joined Global Care Recruitment Ltd in 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant, managing a team, handling disciplinary matters, and sourcing personnel solutions in the healthcare sector. In 2010, they worked at DAV Professional Placement Group as a Recruitment Associate and later as a Specialist Project Recruiter, where they managed the entire recruitment process for key clients. Since 2012, they have been working at The Competition Commission South Africa. Londiwe started as a Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became an HR Business Partner. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy of the organization.

Londiwe Mncube has a diverse education history. Londiwe began their academic journey in 2009 at Queens University in Northern Ireland, UK, where they obtained a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, and PR. In 2014, Londiwe enrolled at the University of South Africa, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, which they successfully completed in 2016.

Continuing their education, Londiwe joined the University of Pretoria in 2018, where they undertook a Bcom-Honour degree in Human Resources Management. Following this, they furthered their studies at the same university from 2019 to 2021, pursuing a Master of Commerce degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations.

Throughout their educational journey, Londiwe has focused on developing expertise in the field of Human Resources Management, advancing from their Bachelor's degree to a Master's degree.
