Jerry Callison

Jerry Callison has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Jerry started their career at Computer Power Inc (now Fidelity) in 1991 as a COBOL programmer and eventually became a Software Development Manager. During this time, they developed a C-based pre-compiler and led the development of several Visual Basic applications.

In 1995, Jerry joined Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Software Development Manager. Jerry led the development of internal applications and served as the DBA for SQL Server databases, creating tools for simplifying database administration.

In 1997, Jerry became the Director of Electronic Commerce at HomeSide Lending, where they oversaw the creation of multiple websites and implemented the supporting network infrastructure. Jerry led a team of developers, network technicians, and graphic artists.

From 2000 to 2005, Jerry worked at Bank of America as a Service Delivery Manager. Jerry coordinated development efforts for software applications supporting multiple business units and used statistical tools as a Six Sigma Black Belt to drive data-based improvements.

In 2012, Jerry returned to Bank of America as an Automation Engineer. Jerry worked on detecting drift in key configuration files across thousands of servers to mitigate business risks and potential service disruptions.

From 2015 to 2018, Jerry served as an Architecture Consultant at the City of Tallahassee. Jerry provided architectural guidance and system integration analysis for the migration of core PeopleSoft and Oracle systems to a cloud-based solution.

In 2019, Jerry joined Ascendum Solutions as a Full-Stack Developer. Jerry implemented enhancements to a React-based single-page application and Node-based server, including internationalization and integration with customer loyalty APIs.

Currently, Jerry is the SVP of Technology and Operations at HCR Software, a position they assumed in 2021. Jerry is responsible for managing technology and operations within the company.
