Stefan Schröer

Stefan Schröer has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1999, they completed an apprenticeship and worked as a working student in Internal Audit at WestLB. In 2002, they worked as a working student in Global Markets, Loan Syndications at WestLB. In 2003, they completed internships in Credits Asia-Pacific, Corporates & Financial Institutions and Global Specialised Finance, Transaction Management at WestLB. In 2004, they completed an internship in Financial Services at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. In 2005, they worked as a Management Consultant in Strategy & M&A at zeb/rolfes.schierenbeck.associates. In 2008, they worked as an int. Head in Financial Markets Division, Business Steering & Communication at HSH Nordbank. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in roles such as Strategy & Board Staff (Associate Director) and Organisational Department (Project Manager). Since 2019, they have been working at COMPEON GmbH as Head of Product and Senior Manager Business Development.

Stefan Schröer obtained a BA (hons) European Business from the University of Portsmouth and a Diplombetriebswirt (FH) from FH Münster between 2001 and 2005, both as part of the European Business Programme (EBP).
