Lindsey Flynn has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lindsey currently serves as the Global Learning and Development Director at Competitive Capabilities International since June 2023. Prior to this, in 2018, they had a role as an LEP Board Member at Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership. From 2012 to 2023, Lindsey was the Chief Executive at WELL Associates, where they were responsible for strategic growth, securing major contracts, providing strategic support for clients, and ensuring the achievement of the company's business plan objectives. Lindsey also worked as a Consultant at Join In Trust from 2012 to 2016. Before that, Lindsey held positions at Advantage West Midlands as the West Midlands Olympic Manager from 2010 to 2012 and as the Cultural Partnerships Manager from 2008 to 2010. Their earlier experience includes roles at Sandwell Council as a Community Heritage Officer from 2006 to 2008 and as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2006.

Lindsey Flynn attended the University of Oxford from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Modern History. Lindsey also earned a BA and MA degree in Modern History during the same period of time at the University of Oxford.
