Katlyn Welp

Katlyn Welp has a strong background in human resources with experience in various leadership roles. Katlyn is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Complete Children's Health since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in positions of power, from August 2022 to April 2023. Previous to that, they held multiple roles at Nebraska Book Company, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources and Operations from May 2022 to March 2023, Vice President of Human Resources from August 2021 to May 2022, Director of Human Resources from June 2020 to August 2021, HR Operations Manager from September 2016 to June 2020, and Human Resource Analyst from May 2015 to September 2016. Their early career includes positions at Talent Plus, Inc. as a Senior Research Associate from May 2011 to May 2015 and as a College Development Research Associate from August 2009 to May 2011.

Katlyn Welp holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In addition, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in June 2012 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2017.
