Alma Rivera has extensive experience in administrative and supervisory roles in the retail and fulfillment industries. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant in the Sales Department at Complete Coach Works since August 2021, Alma previously held various positions at Cardenas Markets Inc., including Collections Clerk, Supervisor, and MSB Manager/Compliance from November 2012 to May 2019. Alma also worked at Act Fulfillment Inc. as a Routing Clerk in 2011-2012 and held the position of Frontend Supervisor at Northgate Markets from November 2006 to 2011. Alma holds a degree in Administration & Information Systems, with a focus on Social & Behavioral Studies in Administration, from Riverside City College, attended from June 2019 to May 2023.
