Troy Hamby

Troy Hamby is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in call center management and patient care operations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at ComplexCare Solutions since May 2025, Troy has previously held roles including Vice President at Monogram Health, where oversight of key performance metrics and initiatives was a focus, and Director of Call Center Operations at CloudOne, managing multiple departments and outbound campaigns. Troy also served as Executive Director at Acentra Health, overseeing a multi-site call center and ensuring compliance and profitability. Earlier in the career, Troy was responsible for workforce management and risk management initiatives at Inovalon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Lee University and a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Towson University.
