Mengjie Zhang

Scientific Advisor at Complexica

Mengjie Zhang received his Ph.D. degree from RMIT University, and since 2000, has been teaching a wide range of computer science courses at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.

He conducts research related to evolutionary computation, particularly genetic programming and evolutionary computer vision, evolutionary feature selection and big dimensionality reduction and evolutionary scheduling and combinatorial optimisation, as well as data mining and machine learning.

To date, Mengjie has produced/co-authored over 350 refereed publications in the form of book chapters, journal articles and conference papers.
