Purpose:

As the Product Manager for AI, you will own the strategic roadmap and vision for the integration of AI technology into our existing solution, ensuring maximum value to customers.

You will join a Product Management and Design team that is responsible for the Product Compliance and ESG Solutions, as well as the Content that powers all of our solutions. You will work cross-functionally with the GTM team and have  P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered products.
  • Conduct market research, identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, and build business cases to justify investments using the jobs-to-be-done framework.
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the ideation and backlog of ideas coming from the company, customers and market research to ensure alignment against the product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch AI-powered capabilities and new products, including collaboration to define and execute on a holistic GTM strategy..
  • Communicate continuously with all stakeholders to ensure 360-degree awareness of progress and decision-making
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear and concise messaging for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and trends.
  • Champion ethical considerations and responsible AI development practices.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape and emerging trends.
  • Excellent in-person and remote communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem solving.
  • Passion for AI and its potential to impact the world.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Location: 

While your team will be predominantly distributed in Ireland, EU, and US, if you live near our Cork office you can use the office any time you wish. Also, you may be expected to travel there 2-3 times per year for team and company gatherings.
