Charity Dembofsky

Charity Dembofsky is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance at COMPLY since February 2022. Prior to this role, Dembofsky was the Compliance Manager at Carroll Financial from June 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included designing and implementing compliance measures in accordance with federal and state regulations. Earlier in the career, Dembofsky worked as a Relationship Manager at Capital Guardian LLC, supporting financial advisors and their clients from February 2013 to May 2017. Dembofsky began the professional journey in event management and client service at Charlotte Country Club from October 2009 to February 2013. Dembofsky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduated in 2012, and is also a Registered Representative of Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.
