Jacob D.

Jacob D. has a wealth of experience in the IT/software development industry. Jacob began their career in 2006 as an IT Management Consultant at CSC, where they were responsible for consulting, innovation strategy, digitization, IT-strategy, project management, organizational change management, product strategy, agile development, process optimization, and outsourcing. In 2011, they joined PostNord as an Innovation and Business Development Lead, where they managed innovation and the innovation value chain, developed the innovation strategy, and drove strategic innovation projects. In 2014, they moved to Citrix as a Senior Product Line Manager - New Innovations, where they were responsible for managing the SaaS development of leading edge software innovations within the GoToAssist product line. In 2016, they joined Trustpilot as a Principal Product Manager, where they were responsible for all consumer-facing functionality. In 2018, they moved to Forecast as Chief Product Officer and Vice President, Head of Product, where they were responsible for leading the product and design department in building the greatest and most intelligent project and resource management platform for professional service companies. Jacob is currently Chief Product Officer at ComplyCloud, a position they have held since 2022.

Jacob D. began their educational journey in 1999, when they attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they obtained a B.Sc. in Engineering; Mathematical Modelling & Environmental Science (bach.polyt). In 2004, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a degree in Psychology & Business - Cand.merc.(psyk.), with a focus on Psychology & Business Administration. In 2007, Jacob D. took a course at Stony Brook University in Psychology & Finance. In 2021, they completed an Executive Product Leadership Program at CPO Accelerator.
