Colleen Austin Crino

Colleen Austin Crino has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Colleen Austin most recently held the role of SVP, Workforce and Commercial Employer Marketing at CompTIA since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CompTIA Spark as Chief Development Officer from June 2017 to March 2023.

From 2012 to 2017, they held various senior director roles at the American Red Cross, including Senior Director of Field Fundraising and Marketing Resources, and Senior Director of Development Opportunities.

Earlier in their career, they worked at American Express in roles such as Director of Membership Rewards, Director of OPEN Savings Program and Marketing Strategy, Senior Manager of Product Development, and Manager of Partner Management from 2003 to 2012.

Colleen began their career in 1996 at Bank of America, where they worked as a Consumer Banker and later as a Private Bank Relationship Service Manager until 2001.
