Mohamed Ourad is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile kitchen management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Executive Chef at Comptoir Group since September 2016, Mohamed has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Almaz by Momo and Momo at the Souk Restaurant, Bar & Café. Early career experiences include roles as Chef at sketch London and various positions at Momo and Hotel Saint George in Algiers.
