Kelley Cole has been working in the educational technology industry since 2000. Kelley began their career as an Assistant Program Director at The Community YMCA. In 2006, they joined MAXIMUS as a Project Manager-Education Sector, where they were responsible for developing project plans and budgets for new client engagements. In 2011, they joined Centris Group (acquired by Frontline Education) as a Senior Professional Learning Consultant and eLearning Designer, managing professional learning initiatives for a regional provider of administrative software solutions. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Frontline Education as a Senior Professional Services Consultant 2 and 3, overseeing all aspects of implementation and training for the largest nationwide educational technology company. Currently, they are a Senior Client Success Manager at Relay.
Kelley Cole attended Brookedale Community College in New Jersey, where they studied Elementary Education and Teaching. Kelley then attended the University of Phoenix to study Human Resources Management and Services. Finally, they obtained a Program Director Certification from the YMCA of USA Program School.
