Tim Connolly is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in supporting high-stakes environments and providing exceptional service. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist II at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing since August 2017, Tim ensures the fair and secure administration of NCLEX examinations while managing escalated customer service issues for candidates. Previously, Tim held positions at Amazon as a Virtual Customer Service Associate, and at AdGooroo as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on client training and retention. Other roles include client services in the healthcare sector, creative content production in media, and banking customer support. Tim is pursuing an MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute and holds a BA in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago.
National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN)
The purpose of NCSBN is to provide an organization through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare, including the development of licensing examinations in nursing. NCSBN's programs and services include developing the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN examinations, performing policy analysis and promoting uniformity in relationship to the regulation of nursing practice, disseminating data related to the licensure of nurses, conducting research pertinent to NCSBN's purpose, and serving as a forum for information exchange for members.
