Josh Finke

As CSO, Finke is tasked with strengthening and leveraging partner relationships to amplify channel initiatives in the market, and overseeing a newly integrated technical presales organization that focuses on the company’s entire product and services portfolio.

Prior to joining Compucom, Finke was managing partner of Copper Peak, an IT channel, consulting, and investment advisory firm. Before Copper Peak, Josh served in leadership positions at some of the leading IT VARs; Zones, Iron Bow Technologies and ePlus. Finke was Chief Strategy Officer for Zones and before that held several senior leadership positions in two different stints with Iron Bow Technologies from 2010-2020, where he left as Vice President of Advanced and Emerging Technologies.

While at Iron Bow Technologies, Finke was responsible for company growth through presales engineering and architecture ownership, operations, product innovation and launch, research and development, and go-to-market strategy.

In 2020, Finke was named a Next-Gen Leader by industry outlet CRN, recognizing rising stars in the industry who are future channel leaders. He has been published multiple times by Cisco Press, is a sought-after speaker for industry conferences and is a Cisco Partner Advisory Board Member.
