Aditi Muranjan

Aditi Muranjan is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Lead Learning and Development at CAI since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing Asia learning programs and involvement in the TechAbility Disability Employee Resource Group. Aditi also holds a strategic advisory role at Forum For Autism, focusing on creating supportive spaces for neurodivergent adults. Previous experiences include working as a Job Coach, Special Educator, and Trainings Coordinator at Action for Autism, and as a Learning Support Shadow and Project Manager at Sunshine School for differently abled children. Aditi's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Autism from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, a diploma from St. Xavier's College, and an integrated M.Tech in Biotechnology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute.
