William Gaylord

William Gaylord is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support and system management. Currently, William serves as an Application Support Specialist at Computer Deductions Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, William provided OS2200 system support as a contractor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Ronatay, LLC. From 2001 to 2017, William held various leadership positions at Sungard Availability Services, including Technical Service Delivery Manager and Manager of Warminster Operations, overseeing large technical teams and managing disaster recovery operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Systems Administrator at Unisys, overseeing the transition and maintenance of multiple client systems. William holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Management from Chelsea University.
