Valentina Georgieva has extensive work experience in customer support and management roles. Valentina currently serves as the Head of Customer Support at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions), a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at TIS starting in May 2018. Before joining TIS, Valentina worked at Interoute as an Operations Manager from November 2014 to January 2018. Valentina also gained experience at Hostway Corporation, where they held the positions of Customer Service/Billing Supervisor from May 2013 to November 2014, and Customer Service/Billing Representative from February 2010 to May 2013.
Valentina Georgieva completed their education with a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University Sofia, spanning from the year 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from the High School of Mathematics and Science "Ivan Vazov" from 2001 to 2006. Valentina also holds additional certifications, including the ITIL 2011 Intermediate Release, Control, and Validation from APMG International, achieved in January 2017, and the ITIL Foundation certification from APMG International, obtained in April 2015.
