Jennifer Crangle

Jennifer Crangle possesses extensive experience in the mortgage lending sector, currently serving as the Head of Mortgage Services & New Lending at Computershare Loan Services since January 2021. In this role, Jennifer leads the Zephyr Lending Operation, overseeing the entire commercial mortgage application process, including underwriting and contract variations across multiple loan types. Prior to this position, Jennifer held various managerial roles at Computershare and UKAR, where responsibilities included managing regulated services, mortgage advice, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Jennifer's academic background includes education from the University of Bradford and Newcastle University.
