Tony Gryckiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tony began their career in the US Air Force as a Budget Analyst and later transitioned to become a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. From there, Tony worked as a Wilderness Guide at Bridger Wilderness Outfitters before taking on a role as a Young Adults Director at Grace Bible Church. Tony then served as an Economics Tutor at David Kemp Tutorial Services for four years while also freelancing as a Solutions Architect at G10 Solutions LLC, where they developed custom applications for small to medium-sized enterprises.

Tony's professional experience also includes roles at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, where they served as an Operations Analyst and Senior Cash Analyst, and Computershare Loan Services, where they held positions as a Senior Operational Research Analyst, Lead of Strategy & Analytics, and currently as the Vice President of Strategic Analytics. In these roles, Tony focused on improving operations, implementing analytical tools, and developing technology to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals. Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to driving positive change within organizations.

Tony Gryckiewicz attended Houghton University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After a break, they continued their education at Dallas Theological Seminary from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a Master of Theology degree with a focus on the History of Philosophy/Theology.
