Jewel Wallace has a long history of working in the IT field. Jewel began their career in 2002 as a Tier 1 Lead and Tier 2 Technician for the DC Government - Office of the Chief Technology Officer. In 2004, they joined US Resources /Department of Commerce as a Desktop Support/Asset Management and Alta IT Solutions/Office of Personnel Management as a Technical Administrator/Remedy Administrator and Tier 1/Tier 2 Technician. In 2005, they joined Computer Sciences Corporation/ U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a Helpdesk Analyst. In 2011, they were promoted to Desktop Support Incident Team Site Lead. In 2012, they joined ECS Federal, Inc. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as an EZTech Call center Team Site Lead. In 2021, they were hired as the Director of Congressional Operations at ComputerWorks, Inc. In this role, they are the lead point of contact for office managers, systems administrators and correspondence managers for all Congressional client offices. Jewel is responsible for ensuring member offices optimal usage of and satisfaction with InterTrac CSS system. Jewel also assists correspondence managers to ensure timely and accurate response to high volume of constituent inquiries and distribution of appropriate reports and metrics to senior staff.
Jewel Wallace attended Strayer University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Jewel also attended USDA in 1993, where they obtained a Certification in IT Remedial Courses.
