Sudhakar Pulagam

Sudhakar Pulagam, P.Eng, CCP, EVP, PMP, PMI-RMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Management Advisor at Comtech Group, Sudhakar consults for Ontario Power Generation on the Darlington New Nuclear Program and SMR Development. Previous roles include Senior Project Controls Consultant at Burns & McDonnell, where consulting services were provided to Hydro One Networks Inc, Bruce Power LLP, and New Gold, and Project Controls Lead at Ontario Power Generation, overseeing a multi-billion dollar Nuclear Refurbishment program. Sudhakar's expertise spans schedule and risk management, cost management, and governance review across various projects, supported by a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore and multiple certifications from AACE International and the Project Management Institute.
