Allyson Oughton

Allyson (Booth) Oughton is a seasoned professional in technical communication with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Sr. Technical Communications Manager at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since April 2015, Oughton leads the technical writing, instructional design, and document control programs for safety and security technologies. Previous roles include Technical Communication Consultant and Technical Communication Manager at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., where Oughton managed teams and oversaw documentation for various product lines, including Next Generation 9-1-1 applications. Earlier experience includes positions as Lead Technical Writer at TeleCommunication Systems and Technical Writer at Seattle Publishing, Inc.
