Karl Greven

Karl Greven is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in various roles and responsibilities. Karl currently holds the position of VP, Finance Transformation at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as VP, Head of Corporate Planning at the same company from April 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Comtech, Karl worked at Guggenheim Partners as the Head of FP&A, Guggenheim Securities from February 2018 to October 2021. Karl also gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs, where they served as CFO, Consumer Lending from October 2015 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at American Express, including Director and Chief Financial Officer, U.S. Charge Cards; Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, B2B; Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Manager of Global Pricing. Karl began their professional journey as a Financial Analyst at GE Corporate.

Karl Greven completed their Master of Business Administration degree from Clarkson University in 2005. Prior to that, in 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Expired) from the State of Massachusetts, and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from GE.
